This is a guest post and sex toy review by one of our customers whom we’ll call Mr. Marvelous. He’s quite experienced with sex toys. Purchasing toys at least every couple months, he and his girlfriend own a large and varied selection.

How the Miracle Massager, by California Exotic Novelties, compares to the Hitachi Magic Wand.
There’s no doubt many people know about the Hitachi Magic Wand or even own one. (We will talk more in depth about the wonderful world of Hitachi products at a later date). The Miracle Massager, and the My Miracle Massager, are the next generation of wand massagers beyond the Hitachi. The Miracle Massager is also the only one produced in black with men, and the BDSM community, in mind. The My Miracle Massager is similar and comes in white for the ladies.
These plug into the wall so I highly recommend a 6′, 9′ or 12′ household, thin gauge extension cord so you can get around in the bedroom. I also recommend the router speed control available at your local hardware and tool store if you really want to have a fully adjustable session. It plugs in line and allows you to adjust either speed to a perfect level, but the router can be kind of bulky.
In comparison to the Hitachi, the Miracle Massagers are only slightly less powerful, which is hardly even noticeable. It has the same two speeds as the Hitachi, OMG! (low) and UUNNNNHH! (high). Better than the Hitachi, it has a much smaller, thinner and more ergonomically shaped profile making it far easier to use. The angle on the handle is more than welcome when you’re trying to work neck and back muscles while your arms and shoulders may already be sore. Yes, I just said that. A sex toy that can serve a wonderful utilitarian purpose as well. It also does a wonderful job on the upper and lower neck, back, shoulders… anywhere really.
The Miracle Massager’s head is softer, and the neck more flexible than the Hitachi. It’s head doesn’t heat up the way the Hitachi does during extended use on aching shoulder or back muscles. But alas, just like the Hitachi you will need to remove the sex toy attachments to use it for muscle aches. The best uses for the Miracle massager are for clitoral stimulation either directly, or just to the entire exterior area of the vulva. The vibrations go very deep so just getting close does the job very well. For men, just resting the glans onto the head, or across the slight recess in the head, of the massager will produce a very similar, pleasurable result.
On the average the Miracle and My Miracle Massagers run $10-$20 less than the Hitachi. While there are fewer sex toy attachments designed for them, the Miracle and My Miracle work well without them, adding some new types of pleasure and directions to explore.
The Toys and Their Attachments:
Miracle Massager Accessory
While the listing and packaging calls the material jelly, it is actually made of softened PVC and should only be used with a condom due to phthalates. Scrubbed a couple times with soap and water this one was left in the open to air out for a week and then scrubbed with toy cleaner to get rid of the plastic smell. It fits on the end of the MM and is designed for a partner to use and control. It transfers the vibrations to both the G-spot and the clitoris at the same time and can produce female ejaculations for most women. It is not, however, very convenient to use solo.
Miracle Massager Accessory (half moon)
This one does everything the first one does with the addition of the half moon base which transfers vibration to the areas in contact with the half moon. Very similar to the standard, and made of the same hard rubbery material, it provides a more all over vibe to the area it’s used to stimulate. Also PVC and needs a condom, due to phthalates.
Miracle Massager Accessory for Her
This attachment for the vibrator is designed specifically for female solo use, and is at a 90-degree angle to the massager head, so it can easily be used and controlled without a partner. It has the larger clitoral pad of the half moon, and similar nubs. It also has the newer packaging with the Safe and Sure seal. Safe TPE rubber. No condom needed.

Miracle Massager Accessory for Him
My favorite of course. Perhaps if there was more than one for men, I would choose a different one, but I’m just totally thrilled there even is one for men. This accessory is designed for the most common average-sized man. While tight fitting, there was just enough stretch to make it work with lots of lube, and I found it to be quite a good toy. It fits on the Miracle Massager as a ball and socket type of joint so the miracle may be moved in different directions inside the joint, to supply different sensations. Open on both ends, one end has tabs to hold on to the mans shaft and not slip off. I found the texture a bit uncomfortable until I used about twice as much lube as I thought. It also has Safe and Sure seal. Safe TPE rubber. No condom needed.
Tenga Eggs
These are another male toy, made from very soft silicone and are completely safe to use. Instead of being used as masturbation sleeve they are unrolled over any model of magic wand and the internal texture is now on the outside of the wands head. A generous helping of lube, makes for a delicious feel that can be gotten in no other way. The eggs will last for a dozen to two dozen uses or more as long as they are washed and taken care of. They come in a pack of six textures. The Stepper and Clicker textures are generally preferred by women with any model wand when buying the single eggs. Wavy and Twister are the next two best textures for the wands.
Happy Toying!
Mr. M.
